At Bihar School of Yoga Worthing, we are dedicated to supporting you to feel better in all ways – physically, mentally and emotionally.

Bowen Technique

This therapy is a form of bodywork, using gentle moves over muscles and tendons, directly onto skin or through light clothing.

Buteyko Breathing Method

Developed by Prof. Konstantin Buteyko. The Buteyko breathing method promotes a healthy breathing pattern, allowing the right oxygen and carbon dioxide ratio in the body.

Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method is a form of somatic education that uses a series of gentle movements and directed attention to encourage a natural and effortless way to move.

The Centre has two teachers

ico-trainer

Swami Kriyamurti

Qualified practitioner of the Buteyko Breathing Method, and is affiliated to the Buteyko Breathing Clinic Worldwide. This is a technique of improving health and preventing chronic diseases, by breathing very gently like the hatha yoga masters.

Swami Ramadevananda

A member of the Bowen Therapy Professional Association and the Feldenkrais Guild UK. He is a Bowen Practitioner and Sports Massage Therapist and a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner, in addition to his work as yoga teacher.

Daniela Gugg

Daniela started practicing yoga in 2002 and graduated from the Yoga Campus teacher training in 2014. She continues to study and takes inspiration from teachers like Doug Keller, Susanne Lahusen, Pete Blackaby, and Raphan Kebe.

Kristyna Bretschneiderova

Kristyna joined us in 2012. She has been training with us and is a BSY registered yoga teacher since 2016. She also loves gymnastics and is a member of the British Gymnastics Association.
